eNOTICE is the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection's (DEP) Electronic Notification System.

Web Site Users can specify updates within eNOTICE by selecting items they wish to receive email notices (eNOTICES) when changes occur in the status of the particular item, or when new items are available for viewing.

eNOTICES covering Permit Applications, ACT2 Notices of Intent to Remediate, Regulations updates, and eComment Open Comment Periods are processed daily.

PA DEP will keep your e-mail address confidential and will not use it to send unsolicited email.
